This recognition truly means a lot because it comes directly from the people who matter most – our guests. It reflects the dedication of our entire team in creating a fantastic holiday experience for everyone who stays with us. HolidayCheck: How do you manage to receive guest reviews?
TUI BLUE Palm Garden: We don't automatically receive reviews from our guests. We don't do any advertising for the reviews as well. We receive reviews thanks to our happy guests who would like to recommend our hotel and thank our great team.
HolidayCheck: How do you deal with negative reviews?
TUI BLUE Palm Garden: We try to understand if the guests are still at the hotel. If they are, we try to have a meeting with them to have a constructive talk. Our guests have always right and it’s our job to accept our mistakes, learn from our mistakes and not to do the same mistakes. If our guests are already gone, they deserve the best and most professional reaction which is a kind answer.
