HolidayCheck: What does the HolidayCheck Award mean to you?
AktivHotel SantaLucia: For us, the HolidayCheck Award is a significant recognition and a symbol of excellence in the tourism sector. It confirms that our efforts to provide a quality service are appreciated by our guests and motivates us to continuously maintain and improve our standards.
HolidayCheck: Do you use the award materials for marketing? If so, which materials are particularly important to you?
AktivHotel SantaLucia: Yes, we proudly use the award materials for our marketing. In particular, the certificate and the award badge are clearly visible in our hotel and on our online channels such as the website and social media. These instruments not only enhance our reputation, but also strengthen the trust of our future guests
HolidayCheck: If you were to recommend something to a hotelier friend with regard to the HolidayCheck Award, what would it be?
AktivHotel SantaLucia: : I would recommend actively encouraging all guests to leave reviews. The most productive way is to accompany the stay with an automatic email request for a review. Unfortunately, guests need to be stimulated and reached by email, otherwise the review will not be given, as they often forget about it after returning home.
HolidayCheck: How do you deal with negative reviews?
AktivHotel SantaLucia: We deal with negative reviews professionally and openly and see them as an opportunity for improvement. We always respond promptly and politely.
