Receiving reviews has many advantages. On the one hand, they are suitable for obtaining valuable feedback from your hotel guests and on the other hand, you can convince potential guests of your accommodation. In addition, reviews influence the ranking of your hotel and thus where it appears in search results. Generally speaking, more reviews with a high number of suns and a positive recommendation rate increase the likelihood of a top ranking.  

However, back in everyday life, it often happens that submitting a review is forgotten. That's why you should definitely take the opportunity to email your guests upon their return to remind them to leave a review for your property. You can create this yourself or use our free review tool.
